Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University has devised its long term and short term goals towards the holistic progression of its Students and the Institution.

Long Term Goals

  • To impart the student community with intellectual competence, academic brilliance and generic skills of a holistic nature, the institution will provide a conducive atmosphere for purposeful learning through constant up gradation in terms of the Infrastructural requirements, technical soundness, teaching learning tools and environment friendly, student centric initiatives.
  • The institution aims to for macluster with other institutions so that the student will get an opportunity to study the courses of his/her interest across various disciplines. The focus will be on multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary educational areas.
  • To mould the students into Perfect Learners with clarity of thought and true conviction for heading towards their chosen futuristic arena to serve the society in the years to come.
  • Keeping in mind the aim of NEP2020 to improve the quality of research, the University proposes to upgrade the Research Centres with latest research software, e-data source and other instrumentation facilities to carryout research in emerging areas. Institution will plan various programs to motivate the faculty and students to undertake research.
  • The University plans to strengthen the Incubation Centre with an objective to help the students in developinginnovativeideas translatingto entrepreneurship.
  • Institution will collaborate with international bodies to organise programs to improve research quality.

Short Term Goals

  • The implementation of an integrated learning methodology based on the transformative educational curriculum of all programs.
  • Institutions plans to set up a recording studio for developing e-content. Further this facility will also be used for ODL and MOOC.
  • Aided by the new age technology and professionalism in all its relevant spheres the micro credentials of the Learners is to be assured for treading the path of Global excellence.
  • To enable an interactive teaching learning more efficiently, the University plans to achieve 100% smart classrooms, continuous upgradation of library and laboratory facilities.
  • Exposing the potential learners to a vista of ability enhancement and skill development opportunities within the portals of the Institution to provide value addition and up scaling their employability quotient.
  • Encouraging a system of multidisciplinary and trans disciplinary learning to inculcate a degree of scientific temper and research orientedness leading to a sustainable Research Ecosystem for addressing the societal problems.
  • Installing both academic and non-academic vibrancy for the attainment of a holistic progression of the student community in their span of study.
  • Various skill based add on certificate courses shall be conducted for enhancing the employability of the students through the Skill Development Centre.
