NSS - CAMPUS CLEANING ACTIVITY- 22.06.2023

NSS Unit of School of Engineering and Technology has organized a campus cleaning activity on 22nd June 2023 from 3.15pm to 5.00 pm in our University premises.The program was felicitated by Dr Sanjay Singh, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology and he apprisedthe students about the importance of doing NSS activities. NSS activity is also a part of the curriculum. All the second year B. Tech. students were involved in the field work of cleaning the campus of DSU. DrM Lakshmi ASP/EEE, Mr S Bharath AP/Mech, Dr P Kalidass AP/Mech, Mr C Ramachandran AP/ CSE, MsS Rajina Begam AP/CSE and Mr. A James Anto AP/HRDC were involved in the field work along with the students. During the activity, students actively participated in cleaning the campus by removing dry waste like plasticwrappers, cups, water bottles and other disposables  wastesin our DSU campus. All the wastage was collected in the garbage bag and handed over to maintenance in charge of DSU for safe disposal. The program ended with a vote of thanks by NSS Coordinator of SET, Dr R Meganathan ASP/ Maths.
