The Transfusion medicine unit conducted a series of hemovigilance programs from 17.10.2023 to 19.10.2023 for awareness of transfusion related hazards in clinical medicine.
The inaugural session was done on 17.10.2023 and was graced by our beloved Dean and few HODs and Professors. Nurses were participated in the program.
The sessions was on Pre transfusion vigilance, Safe transfusion and Post transfusion care Excellent facilitations on when, how and then what in transfusion practice
The session was on Transfusion reaction and how to identify the hemolysis and what is the action plan.
