The Department of English organized a workshop on “Nuances of Technical Communication:
An Appraisal” on 12.12.2024 at 10.30 am in the Lecture Hall 3, VI Floor, Academic Block,
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Trichy. Dr. P. Prabu, Associate Dean welcomed the
gathering. The resource person, Dr. T.S. Varadharajan, Assistant Professor, Thiagarajar College,Madurai, introduced the fundamental principles of technical communication to first-year engineering students. He also covered the purpose in technical communication and practicing active listening and feedback. The workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the interactive and engaging approach. The workshop ensured that the students not only gained knowledge but also developed essential skills to enhance their technical communication abilities. Dr.V.Vijaya Reka, Assistant Professor, Department of English, gave the vote of thanks.
