The School of Pharmacy, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, successfully organized the 3rd National Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Day on 10th October 2025, under the esteemed guidance of the University management. The program was conducted with the support of the Vice Chancellor and Registrar and commenced with a welcome address highlighting the importance of cGMP in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. N. Ponnan, General Manager, Casid Pharmaceuticals, Trichy, served as the Chief Guest and delivered an insightful lecture on the principles and practical aspects of cGMP. The session enriched the knowledge of students and faculty, emphasizing quality, safety, and efficacy in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The event was successfully coordinated by the School of Pharmacy faculty under the leadership of Dr. S. Akilandeswari, Dean, and concluded with an interactive discussion and vote of thanks.
