Workshop on "Introduction to Cloud Computing – AWS" Successfully Organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, successfully organized a one-day workshop on "Introduction to Cloud Computing – AWS" under the Byte Blaze Club on 23 July 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Seminar Hall, SET Block.
The workshop was delivered by Mr. Chiranjeevi Turaga, Head – Software Development, G-Tech, Trichy, who provided an engaging and practical introduction to Cloud Computing and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The session covered key concepts including cloud service models, AWS architecture, core cloud services, deployment strategies, security best practices, and industry applications. Participants also gained valuable insights into the growing demand for cloud technologies and career opportunities in cloud computing.
The workshop was coordinated by Mrs. D. Kalyani and Mrs. V. Elavenil, Assistant Professors, Department of Computer Science and Engineering. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Associate Dean, Head of the Department, faculty members, and students, making it an interactive and enriching learning experience.
