Awareness Programme for the I, II & III Year (AHS) Students - 1, 4, 5&6 March 2024
An awareness session on Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was conducted by Dr. V. Thamil Selvi, the ICC chairperson and Dr. R. Oviya, an ICC member on 1.3.24, 4.3.24, 5.3.24 and 6.3.24 for I, II and III year Allied Health Science students in five batches. Around 1110 students attended the different sessions. The chairperson handled three sessions and the member handled two sessions. The speakers gave a clear picture on what ICC is, it’s functioning, complaining process, redress, plans, and rights of humans through a Power Point Presentation. They also motivated the students to come forward to give a complaint in case of any issues related to Sexual Harassment.
