The program started with the Master of Ceremonies by the students (Swathi, III Year MLT and Dharshini, II Year MLT) under the guidance of Dr.Sathya Mohan, Associate Professor, and Mr.Akash, Assistant Professor of English.
The program was started with the prayer song ‘Tamil Thai Vazhthu,’ sung by M.Sharmila, Dhanushree.
Lamp lighting by day's special guest Dr.C.Ananda Vayaravel, Dr.Rekha, Associate Dean, Dr.Sathya Mohan, Dr.Senthamarai and students of the MLT program.
Welcome address by Ms. Shilpa, welcome the dignitaries on the dais and all the program participants. Under the guidance of Registrar Dr.Dhanasekaran Devaraj and the presence of esteemed dignitaries further elevated the event Dr.K.Rekha Associate Dean, School of Allied Health Science who lent their support and reinforced the university’s dedication to academic excellence and innovation.
An elaborate introduction to Chief Guest Dr.C.Ananda Vayaravel, Professor & Principal, Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Paramedical Sciences, Puducherry, was conveyed by Ms.Iswarya, Assistant Professor in the program.
Dr.K.Rekha, Associate Dean, SAHS, felicitated the chief guest, Dr.C.Ananda Vayaravel, by honoring him with a memento.

Session enlightened:

He shared many of his life incidents and taught many rules that we have to know in clinical laboratory; his presentation was very knowledgeable and interesting.
Model presentation by the UG–II Year MLT, III Year MLT and PG Medical Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology.
Appreciation to all the model presenters who explored their talents and technical skills in a lively showcase.
Students performed mime on blood donation, which helps us to know the importance of blood donation that saves many lives.
Our students also presented their insightful thoughts through the topics AI in Clinical Laboratory and Nanotechnology; these topics were new to us and most needed information.
We took a visual journey that was most enjoyable, which shows our importance in the laboratory and secondly, our making a video makes us happier to see our works on video.
Finally, the program was completed with the Vote of Thanks by Dr.Senthamarai, expressing special thanks to the Chief Guest, Dr.Anandha Vayravel, for accepting our invitation and for being here with us today, who has been an incredibly kind and inspiring person, whose thoughts have truly inspired us. Sincere thanks were expressed to our management and Dr.Rekha Mam, Associate Dean, who are always supporting us from behind and guiding us. Thanks to our UG and PG students, who put a lot of effort into their technical creatives in the technical showcase.

As outcome, program enlightens the needs, knowledge, rules of Good Laboratory Practice which was a valuable session to the UG I Year MLT, II Year MLT, III Year MLT, II Year Microbiology, PG Medical Biochemistry, PG Medical Microbiology and II year AHS students (180 students benefited) through the program. The program on good laboratory practice makes us work together made strong bond between students and faculties, we have gained knowledge on new information and thought provoking ideas.
